Is your organization or facility working on Heart Disease and Stroke? Did you know that South Dakota has a Cardiovascular Collaborative? The Cardiovascular Collaborative is an effort of state and local partners working to improve the quality of life for all South Dakotans through prevention and control of heart disease and stroke in South Dakota. While the Collaborative is targeting Cardiovascular efforts, the group is tapping in to areas of Quality Improvement, Team-Based Care, healthy eating, Cardiac Ready Communities, and Blood Pressure Check initiatives like the Big Squeeze to make an impact in South Dakotan’s lives.
