Event Details

Resilience, commonly defined as “the ability to quickly recover from challenges,” has been a key theme of 2020 and will be vital moving forward. A recent study by Cigna shows that resilience is at risk in three of five Americans and the consequences of low resilience can have lasting effects on people, businesses and communities.

Two-thirds of full-time workers do not have high resilience. Since the COVID-19 pandemic started, health care workers are significantly less likely than non-health care workers nationally to rate their mental health and social life as very good or excellent. COVID-19 has put the resilience of all workers, especially health care workers, to the test. How can we maintain and increase resilience in the health care workforce known for their stamina and resilience?

In this webinar, learn how health care organizations and leaders can build resilience for their workforce with simple steps. Learn what the data has shown and hear advice for building resilience for tomorrow.
