A recent study by Cigna shows that resilience is at risk in three of five Americans and the consequences of low resilience can have lasting effects on people, businesses and communities.
Two-thirds of full-time workers do not have high resilience. Since the COVID-19 pandemic started, health care workers are significantly less likely than non-health care workers nationally to rate their mental health and social life as very good or excellent. COVID-19 has put the resilience of all workers, especially health care workers, to the test.
