SDAHO is looking to recognize outstanding achievements, innovation and effective quality improvement projects and patient safety with its inaugural Quality Excellence Awards.
The awards are geared toward all hospitals and post-acute facilities working to improve quality for the populations they serve. Quality Excellence Award winners must demonstrate successful implementation of strategies that have produced performance improvement in AIM areas.
If you’d like to nominate your facility’s patient safety or quality improvement project for the SDAHO Quality Excellence Award, please download and fill out this application and send it to Kristen Bunt, Director, Quality Integration. The deadline is July 31.
