The American Hospital Association (AHA) shared with members its newest MACRA resource, the MACRA Decision Guide, to help hospitals and clinicians determine which quality payment program (QPP) track ā the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) or alternative payment models (APMs) ā would be best to pursue. The decision guide prompts individuals through a series of questions which lead to additional information for the different MACRA paths.
