Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Provider Preview Reports have been updated and are now available for review. Providers have until June 30 to review their performance data prior to public display on the Nursing Home Compare website.
Corrections to the underlying data will not be permitted during the preview period, however providers can request a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services review if a provider believes the data scores displayed are inaccurate.
The SNF Provider Preview Report includes performance data on selected quality measures based on the subsequent quarterly data.
