Assistance available for Quality Payment Program

Clinicians in small, underserved or rural practices who are looking for support with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Quality Payment Program (QPP) are in luck. Telligen is a Medicare contractor offering free technical assistance to practices with 15 or fewer clinicians who are not part of an accountable care organization.

Telligen helps eligible clinicians understand the program and be successful in participating in the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) track of QPP with aspects such as data collecting, reporting, providing ideas on how to improve a score and understanding performance feedback reports, scores and payment adjustments.

To contact Telligen, South Dakota’s selected external MIPS assistance provider, call 1-844-358-4021 or email qpp-sur@telligen.com.

Learn more about QPP and the Small, Underserved and Rural Support (SURS) initiative.
