Black Hills Receiver has filed with the South Dakota Department of Health notice of intent to close the Mobridge Care and Rehabilitation Center and the Madison Care and Rehabilitation Center citing a “projected lack of funds” as the reason.
Sixty-days notice is required, making Jan. 31 the earliest possible closure date. Court approval is also needed for the closures.
