DOH Office of Health Facilities Licensure and Certification Newsletter

The June 2019 edition of the Partnership News and Best Practice Newsletter from the South Dakota Department of Health, Office of Health Care Facilities Licensure and Certification is now available. The newsletter includes recommendations from the CDC guideline for prescribing opioids for chronic pain, mandatory reporting requirements for medical facilities, effective communication for discharge planning, information for LTC facilities for individuals with criminal or correctional histories that include registered sex offenders & emergency preparedness.
