The Government Operations & Audit Committee’s Chair Sen. Ryan Maher has invited the Cabinet Secretary Rechtenbaugh of the Department of Human Services to the October 30 committee meeting. The Committee requests information on the impact to South Dakota nursing homes of the additional funding provided by the 2019 Legislature. In addition, the Committee would like an update on the rate setting methodology for Community Support Providers.
