Also on December 10, SDAHO is hosting a webinar on Legal and Risk Management Issues in the Emergency Department from 9:00am – 11:00 am CST.

This webinar will touch on this discrimination complains, along with several other legal and risk management issues facing emergency department health care providers. Learn how to comply with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) hospital conditions of participation (CoPs) and the Joint Commission (TJC) standards that are problematic for emergency department staff.
