Using Root Cause Analysis or Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) are powerful tools that can assist with prevention and correction of errors that may appear in your organization. In this session, you will be able to learn simple techniques to uncover problem areas, deal with them effectively, and put tools in place to prevent future problems. These techniques can also be documented in Correction Plans and simply spread to your staff.
