Beware of COVID Scam

On July 27 the South Dakota Department of Health Secretary, Malsam-Rysdon, issued a warning about a phone scam regarding COVID-19 testing. Scammers are targeting individuals by telling them they have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 and requests a credit card number in order to send the individual a COVID-19 testing kit. Please share this alert, especially with older seniors, in order to protect the residents of South Dakota.
