USD Geriatric Symposium: COVID in the Intitutionalized Elders

Dr. Sharon Inouye, a national expert in geriatrics said that one could not design a problem worse for elders than COVID. Sharing how providers and institutions overcome the obstacles that COVID presents is important information to help us work together. Patient centered care is something that is easily neglected with medical recommendations so we include an approach to identifying what residents of long term care believe is important.

Attend the 5th Annual USD Geriatric Symposium on November 20, 8am-1:30pm CST via Zoom. This event is free. Register using the Avera CE Portal.
