Baxter increases allocations of two IV solutions to 100%

On January 22, Baxter announced to its customers that allocations for two sodium chloride IV solutions have been increased to 100%. This update marks a significant improvement in supply levels. However, Baxter has advised that there may be a delay of one to two weeks for these products to fully progress through the distribution network following the recent changes. In light of previous allocation updates, AHA members have reported experiencing lag times of up to two to three weeks in some cases. These delays are expected as the company works to ensure the products reach healthcare facilities across the network.
