Dear Members,
On behalf of myself and the entire SDAHO team, thank you for your continued support and partnership over the past year. Through our shared collaboration, we have accomplished a great deal together.
Whether through advocacy at the state and federal levels, in-person learning opportunities, or the many meaningful moments in between, your engagement has allowed SDAHO to better serve you and advance our shared mission. Today, we are stronger than ever—and that strength is because of you, our members.
Significant work has been happening behind the scenes throughout 2025, as we prepare for an exciting milestone ahead. In 2026, SDAHO will celebrate its 100th Anniversary, and we are grateful to those who have already stepped forward to share your stories, talents, and support—as we recognize how far we have come not only as an Association, but in health care.
This past year, SDAHO is proud of the many in-person learning opportunities we offered, along with ongoing online education, targeted connections, advocacy efforts, and video storytelling that helped strengthen the message of health care. Even so, it does not go unnoticed that the most impactful work happens every day in your facilities and communities. You make South Dakota a healthier and safer place to call home—each and every day.
As the holiday season approaches, I hope you find time to reflect on your accomplishments and take pride in the important work you do. Health care is a noble profession, and we see you—every day.
Our team has put together a short video highlighting many of the ways we connected with our members this year. We invite you to take a moment to watch and reflect.
On behalf of all of us at SDAHO,
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Warmest regards,
Tim Rave
President & CEO, SDAHO
