About the presenter: Jamie Singer is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting in Chicago, where she co-leads the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Communications practice. She advises Fortune 500 companies and public sector organizations on managing communications during major cyber incidents, including ransomware attacks, data breaches, and privacy crises. Her work focuses on helping organizations prepare before incidents occur, respond effectively in real time, and protect reputation during complex cybersecurity events. She has deep experience across healthcare and other regulated industries, including advising on half of the top 10 largest healthcare data breaches in 2023.

Prior to FTI, Jamie held senior crisis communications roles at Resolute Strategic Services and Edelman, where she led response efforts for some of the largest and most high-profile cyber and data privacy incidents. She is the recipient of the 2023 Cybersecurity Excellence Award for “Cybersecurity PR Professional of the Year” and is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity crisis communications and reputation management.
