SDAHO Enterprises quarterly report: Listening to our members

One of the most important parts of my work with SDAHO Enterprises is listening to our members and understanding what matters most to their organizations.

As I continue connecting with health care leaders across South Dakota, I am hearing about many of the challenges organizations are working through every day. These conversations are helping shape how we think about opportunities for SDAHO Enterprises and where partnerships may be able to provide meaningful value.

Revenue cycle management is one example. We heard from members that this was an area of interest and a priority for their organizations. That feedback helped guide our search for an endorsed business partner and ultimately led to our new partnership with EqualizeRCM.

For me, this is an important part of what makes the endorsed business partner program valuable. It is not simply about adding another resource to our members’ toolbox. It is about understanding what organizations need and finding trusted partners that can help address those needs.

As we continue moving forward, I will keep having conversations with members and exploring opportunities in areas where partnerships, shared services, or other resources could make a difference. Not every conversation will lead to a new partnership, but every conversation helps us better understand where SDAHO Enterprises can be most useful.

I appreciate the members who have taken the time to sit down with me, schedule a conversation, and share their experiences, challenges, and ideas. Those conversations are incredibly valuable and help shape the direction of SDAHO Enterprises and ensure that our work stays connected to the needs of health care organizations across South Dakota.

If we haven’t had a chance to connect yet, I would welcome the opportunity to hear from you. If you have a challenge you think SDAHO Enterprises could help address, an idea for a potential partnership, or simply want to share what your organization is experiencing, please reach out and schedule some time with me. I’d love to hear from you.

If revenue cycle management is an area your organization is exploring, I encourage you to learn more about our new endorsed business partner, EqualizeRCM, and the resources they offer to SDAHO members.

We will continue listening, learning, and looking for ways to turn what we hear into meaningful opportunities for our members.
