Gaea Blue Passes Administrator Role at Weskota Manor Avera on to Nikki VonEye

On December 31st, 2018 Gaea Blue retired from Weskota Manor after serving almost five decades in healthcare.  Blue served both Avera Weskota Memorial Hospital and Weskota Manor Avera as administrator since 2008. The Weskota Manor Avera Board of Directors appointed Nikki VonEye as administrator Dec. 17, 2018. VonEye has worked at the facility for 22 years in a variety of roles including secretary, business office manager and director of finance. She attended accounting and business management in vocational school, earning her AAS degree, and then worked in that field prior to joining Weskota Manor Avera in 1997. Nikki is an Alpena native, and lives on a farm near Wessington Springs with her husband, Kevin. The couple has two sons, Chase and Kade. Please help SDAHO welcome Nikki VonEye into her new role.
