HRSA Extends Deadline to Apply for Health Care Workforce Resilience Grants

​The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has extended to September 20 the deadline for health care providers, associations and federally qualified health centers to apply for $29 million to promote resilience, mental health and wellness in the health care workforce. It also has extended to September 20 the deadline for academic health centers, health professions schools and other eligible entities to apply for $68 million in grants to develop, operate or participate in training on evidence-informed strategies to promote workforce resilience in rural and underserved communities, and for $6 million to provide tailored training and assistance to deploy such strategies. The original deadlines were August 30.
