SDAHO Post-Acute Partners in Care Conference: Come Prepared to Learn, Grow & Be Inspired

This year’s South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) Post-Acute Partners in Care conference is designed to educate, enlighten, and inspire those who attend.

The event taking place in Mitchell, SD at the Highland Conference Center April 10-11, 2024, is aimed at the future of senior care in our state focusing on nursing home, home health & hospice and long-term care, however many of the sessions will benefit a variety of healthcare disciplines.

Pre-Conference

Join us for the panel discussion: Emergency Preparedness Tabletop with the South Dakota Health Care Coalition. Learn more from those in our state who focus everyone on emergency preparedness, in addition experts from across the country who will bring a fresh perspective on proactive strategic plans that could be crucial in the event of an emergency. The pre-conference session is open to anyone, including members and non-members, community members and more.

Enlighten You

A variety of sessions are designed to deliver information and resources, but several will do much more than that, including providing discussions on the future of senior care. Take part in the session titled: Shaping the Future of Healthcare: Innovations in Career Development and Workforce Planning. Looking for conversations directed toward the future of skilled nursing homes, then consider attending: The Future of Skilled Nursing and Consumer Preferences or, A Look Back and Forward at LTC Survey Trends. This year’s conference has a variety of session topics for everyone.

Be Inspired

Ready to be inspired? Learn about alternative care methods for those you serve, through the session titled: Music and the Heart: Creating Therapeutic Support Through Music and Heartbeats at this year’s conference.
