SD DOH offers data analysis summary on rural healthcare programs

Over the past year, the Office of Rural Health conducted a Strategic Analysis of Rural Healthcare Programs using a comprehensive five-step process to evaluate South Dakota’s rural health care access needs, assess current state programs, and determine adequacy in addressing those needs.

The Office of Rural Health announced they have now posted a data analysis summary and infographic summary of the strategic analysis process on the Rural Health page on the South Dakota Department of Health Website.

Healthcare professionals are invited to view the information posted here.
