Overview:

South Dakota Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (SD MFCU) will discuss various healthcare matters relating to provider fraud, abuse/neglect, and financial exploitation, and the OIG Exclusion List.  The Medicaid Fraud Control Unit will discuss specific case studies of fraud and abuse committed by physicians, hospitals, post-acute care providers and other facilities that receive federal funding.

Presenter:

Paul Cremer is an Assistant Attorney General in the SD Office of Attorney General, and he serves as the Director of the SD Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
