Overview:

This is the last session of three sessions on grants management. The final session is focused on the post award management process and how to effectively manage a grant once awarded all the way through closeout.

Objectives

At the conclusion of the session, attendees will:

• Have a basic understanding of the post award process
• Identify key items, requirements in the notice of award or grant agreement
• Awareness of the Uniform Grant Guidance and how it impacts post award management
• Value of reporting requirements and to use this as an opportunity to tell your story
• Learn key steps to effectively close out a grant
• Steps to prepare for potential audit
