The SD Medicaid Provider Online Portal is available and allows providers to view and download copies of their Remittance Advices (RA/Remit). After a provider registers for the Portal and is able to download their remittance advices they will no longer receive paper remittances in the mail.
Additional reports will be added to the portal in the following months and will include Health Homes Reports, PCP Reports, Cost Settlement Reports and the ASA census letter. Providers can register at https://dss.sd.gov/medicaid/portal.aspx. For additional assistance using or accessing the online portal, send an email to DSSonlineportal@state.sd.us.
