LifeSource honors SDAHO with platinum recognition for supporting donor program

LifeSource has honored the South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations for its efforts in encouraging hospital staff and community members to enroll in their state registry as organ, eye and tissue donors.

LifeSource Hospital Services Manager Katie McKee and Hospital Liaison Cary Wencil recently presented Jen Porter, SDAHO’s vice president of post-acute care, with LifeSource’s platinum recognition award for SDAHO’s support of the National Hospital Organization Donation Campaign.

The campaign is a component of Donor Alliance’s Workplace Partnership for Life.
