The online session featured Deborah Bachrach, former Medicaid director and deputy commissioner of health for the New York State Department of Health’s Office of Health Insurance Programs, and Cindy Mann, who previously served as deputy administrator and director of the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. They provided expert analysis of the current state of the Medicaid program and possible changes that may be on the horizon.
Bachrach and Mann are now partners in Manatt Health.
