The biennial membership engagement survey began last week and runs through Tuesday, April 18. The survey gathers feedback and perspectives related to the value and effectiveness of services provided by the association. This year, a web-based format is being utilized, with an opportunity to participate in a brief “follow-up” phone survey.
The information gathered from the survey will be shared with the membership and incorporated as a part of the upcoming board strategic planning process in July.
For our post-acute members, LeadingAge national will be sending a survey by email on April 11 to help assess its support, education and resource offerings. The confidential survey, which closes on April 26, should take just 15 minutes to complete. LeadingAge members who do not receive an email on April 11 and would like to participate should contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
