The SDAHO PAC held its inaugural raffle drawing at the 91st Annual Convention in Rapid City last week. Scott Larson, Sr. Director, Sanford Canton-Inwood Medical Center was the grand prize winner of the travel voucher for a trip to Hawaii valued at $5000. Jean Ewalt from Groton, SD, was the second prize winner of a hand-made quilt valued at $500. A total of 269 raffle tickets were sold raising more than $13k.
In addition to the funds raised from the raffle, $600 was raised from the sale of mulligan packages sold at the golf tournament. When combined with previous contributions, the PAC has raised more than $35k during this year’s campaign.
On behalf of the PAC and Board of Trustees, we express sincere appreciation to everyone who has participated, including 18 facilities that achieved their goals and more than 200 individual donors!
