The South Dakota Bureau of Finance and Management (BFM) released updated general fund receipts through the first five months of FY2018, which show that total actual ongoing receipts were lower ($24.7 million) than adopted estimates for the period. The governor’s revised estimates for November 2017 collections were .07 percent higher for the month.
Also, the Medicaid provider worksheet shows Gov. Daugaard’s FY2019 budget proposal to increase community based providers reimbursements to 90 percent of methodology costs, completing a three-year plan.
