The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations’ Compensation and Benefits Survey for 2018 will open for participation in mid-January. You will receive an email from Compdata Surveys & Consulting with login information.
This year a new and improved website will include instructions for completing the survey and will walk users through the survey submission process.
The survey will include a workforce section on turnover and vacancy rates for some of the most difficult to recruit positions. All SDAHO members are encouraged to participate to ensure comprehensive comparative data.
When results are released, members who participated in the survey will have access to new features such as the ability to easily export custom reports.
