Ken Cole of Boulder, Colorado has been selected as the new administrator of the Human Services Center in Yankton. Cole will begin his duties in late May.
Cole currently is the Director of Operations for the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education in Colorado. Prior to that he worked for the Colorado Department of Human Services managing two state psychiatric hospitals and as the deputy director of the Office of Behavioral Health.
The Human Services Center has been under the leadership of an interim administrator since June 2017 when Administrator Troy Jones announced his resignation.
