Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) announced the 2018‑2019 Home Care and Hospice Salary & Benefits studies are now underway. Facilities who wish to participate can click here to access the questionnaires. There is no cost to participate, plus participants may purchase either or both reports at 50 percent off the publication price.
HCS reports provide tools necessary to develop a competitive and comprehensive compensation strategy. The reports enable comparison of facility data against current marketplace rates, as well as see projected trends, actual turnover rates, benefits granted and more.
Completed questionnaires should be submitted to HCS by August 6. The Home Care Report will be published in October 2018; the Hospice Report will be available in November 2018.
