With the Fourth of July holiday fast approaching, it gives all of us an opportunity to celebrate the vast freedoms we enjoy while at the same time remember the reasons we are a free nation by paying tribute to those who have sacrificed so much.
No other nation is so widely diverse, yet so unified, as America. The Independence Day holiday is an important time to celebrate our nation’s proud history of defending freedom and being a beacon of hope for the world for more than 240 years.
As you prepare to celebrate the holiday through a family gathering, picnic, parade, concert or fireworks, take a moment to pause and give thanks for the blessings and freedoms in our lives! The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations proudly joins together with so many others to express gracious appreciation for those who serve allowing others time away to enjoy with family and friends.
