The July 2018 nursing facility report from the South Dakota Department of Health (DOH), Office of Licensure and Certification, is now available and is posted on the DOH website.
The report provides statistics and information regarding the regulation of nursing facilities in South Dakota. The deficiency data includes all long-term care health surveys and is updated on a biannual basis.
