Avera Health will be holding a day-long event at the Sioux Falls Best Western Ramkota on Nov. 6 addressing current and emerging palliative care practices that promote symptom management and wellbeing throughout the lifespan.
The symposium will provide information to health care professionals, patients and caregivers about the clinical, spiritual, emotional, legal and ethical issues surrounding the treatment of chronic and terminal illnesses.
