The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on Aug. 31 released the final home health Conditions of Participation (CoPs) guidelines that became effective Jan. 13, 2018. The Interpretive Guidelines will be incorporated into the State Operations Manual (SOM) as Part II of Appendix B.
