The South Dakota Diabetes Coalition (SDDC), a non-profit organization in South Dakota is excited to share information with your professional organization regarding the Changes and Challenges in Diabetes Care and Education Conference. The conference provides information regarding best practices in diabetes education and management.
The Changes and Challenges in Diabetes Care and Education Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Sioux Falls on June 27 and 28, 2019. The cost to attend is $85. Continuing Education is pending for the conference and will include the disciplines of: nursing, medical, dietetics, and pharmacy.
Topics covered during the conference include:

- Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes
- Diabetes and: Eye Care, Wound Care, Oral Health Care
- New Technologies in Diabetes Management
