Office of Child and Family Services Youth Survey

The Office of Child and Family Services needs assessment team would like help to distribute a youth survey. The survey is intended for those in grades 5-12. This purpose of this survey is not for research, but rather to inform our priority setting and long term programming for adolescents. We want the youth voice represented in this process. A one page summary and letter explaining our youth survey, along with Social Media posts that you may use is available.

We are asking our partners to distribute this survey to youth over the next 6 weeks. It can be taken online through the link or QR code provided on the attached handout. Paper copies or questions related to the survey can be sent via email to Katelyn Strasser at Katelyn.Strasser@state.sd.us or phone call 605-367-8310.
