This week the South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations held the first of the spring District meetings. The District I meeting was held in Hot Springs on Wednesday, April 17 and the District IV meeting was held in Burke on Thursday, April 18th.
Topics discussed were general updates on the South Dakota legislative session, status of the coordinated care agreements, hill visits in Washington, DC as well as future Political Action Committee plans for the summer. The facilities were toured and the round table discussions were informative. Â
The District II meeting is scheduled for Friday, April 26 via zoom and the rescheduled District III meeting is Monday April 29 in Sioux Falls.
