The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) National Data Survey (NDS) opened on May 27, 2019 and will be open for 8 weeks. The NDS will close on July 26th for online data submission of 2018 data. This year will include a raffle of several highly valued gifts for providers that complete this year’s survey. Participation is encouraged for all Hospice and Palliative Care providers regardless of NHPCO membership. All participating providers will receive a copy of this year’s report which is instrumental for benchmarking and strategic goals planning.Â
