“Several years ago our team embraced the household model of care to create a homelike, social setting for our residents,” said Administrator Jason Hanssen. “We’ve reaped the benefits from this care model with consistent, high quality scores. Our team recently achieved a 96% overall resident-family satisfaction rating and a 96% recommendation to others rating, demonstrating our care professionals’ dedication to delivering exceptional resident care on a daily basis.”

The Neighborhoods first earned the overall 5-star rating from Nursing Home Compare in 2013. It has maintained a perfect 5-star rating across all measureable dimensions since 2017.
