ACHI Seeking Proposals for 2020 Conference

The Association for Community Health Improvement (ACHI), an affiliate of the American Hospital Association, is seeking presenters to share innovative strategies and new tools that tackle tough, health-related challenges in communities, such as integrating behavioral health, eradicating disparities in maternal and infant health, and addressing chronic diseases. At the ACHI 2020 National Conference in Cleveland, June 15-17, 2020, hundreds of population and community health leaders will come together to look at community, community health and health equity through one lens: CONNECTING CARE WITH COMMUNITY to ADVANCE HEALTH EQUITY. You have the opportunity to share your work, lead conversations and empower participants to boldly transform how people experience health and care. Learn more and apply here. All proposals are due by October 1, 2019.
