Post-Acute Preview Reports

Hospice, Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRF) and Long-Term Care Hospitals (LTCH) provider preview reports are now available.

Hospice provider preview reports and Hospice Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Survey provider preview reports have been updated and are now available. These two separate reports are available in your Certification and Survey Provider Enhanced Reports (CASPER) non-validation reports folder.  Hospice providers are encouraged to review their Hospice Item Set (HIS) quality measure results from Quarter 2, 2018 to Quarter 1, 2019 and their facility-level CAHPS® survey results from Quarter 2, 2017 to Quarter 1, 2019.

Providers have until January 15, 2020 to review their data prior to the Hospice Compare site refresh which will occur February 2020.  For more information on how to access these reports, view the HIS Preview Report Access Instructions.

IRF and LTCH provider preview reports are based on quality data submitted between Q3 2018 and Q2 2019. Both IRF and LTCH providers have until January 9, 2020 to review their performance. In March 2020, both the IRF and LTCH Compare Websites will be refreshed will the new performance data.

For further IRF and LTCH provider information, see the IRF Quality Public Reporting and LTCH Quality Public Reporting webpages, IRF Compare and the LTCH Compare, and the IRF Preview Report Access Instructions and LTCH Preview Report Access Instructions websites.
