The South Dakota Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program is pleased to announce that the Promoting Interoperability Provider Portal for submission of Meaningful Use Attestations is now available to providers. Click here to access the portal. Providers will have from January 6, 2020 to March 31, 2020 to submit their meaningful use attestations for program year 2019.
To sign onto the portal, the provider NPI and CMS Registration ID will be needed. The CMS Registration ID is associated with the provider’s registration at the National Registration and Attestation System (NLR).
