The population of adults age 65 and older will increase from 52 million in 2018 to 95 million in 2060. LeadingAge created an infographic that highlights the shortage of qualified workers in the Long-Term Services and Supports industry and the growing need for counselors, social service workers and aides. LeadingAge is monitoring the workforce crisis trends and has provided several recruitment tools and promising practices through their Center For Workforce Solutions.  ​​
