Executive Order 2020-26 Medicaid Flexibilities

In response to the COVID-19 public health emergency Governor Noem issued Executive Order 2020-07 on March 23, 2020 and 2020-16 on April 15, 2020 which provided flexibilities to Medicaid providers and recipients regarding dispensing of prescription medication and the use of telemedicine for health care delivery. On May 26, 2020 Governor Noem issued Executive Order 2020-26 which extends these flexibilities until December 30, 2020 unless sooner terminated or extended.
