Using Root Cause Analysis or Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) are powerful tools that can assist with​ prevention and correction of errors that may appear in your organization. In this session, you will be able to learn​ simple techniques to uncover problem areas, deal with them effectively, and put tools in place to prevent future​ problems. These techniques can also be documented in Correction Plans and simply spread to your staff.
