World Mental Health Day – October 10

World Mental Health Day is October 10, 2020. This campaign was co-designed by the World Health Organization (WHO), United for Global Mental Health and the World Federation for Mental Health. Our daily lives have changed considerably as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and there have been many challenges for healthcare workers, students, workers, business owners and people with mental health conditions. It is expected that the need for mental health and psychosocial support will increase in the coming months and years. Investment in mental health programs at the national and international levels is now more important than it has ever been. Thus, this year’s World Mental Health Day theme is “Move for mental health: Let’s invest.”
