Registration OPEN for Post-Acute Partners In Care Conference

​​How do you provide exceptional care and leadership in the face of constant change? At SDAHO’s Post-Acute Partners in Care virtual conference, participants will walk away with actionable insight and fresh ideas on leading and caregiving to help you thrive today and beyond.

This virtual event will bring expert presenters across the country to inspire, educate, support, and advocate for post-acute leadership and front-line caregivers. The Post-Acute Care Conference is designed for healthcare professionals from across the healthcare continuum including hospital, nursing home, home health, assisted living and hospice providers.

Registration includes two days of specific leadership and resident care topics, in addition, each facility that registers will receive post-conference access to a 3-part series on in-depth training related to MDS 3.0. Continuing education will be provided to long-term care administrators and social workers.

Registration for this conference is by facility. Registration includes access to all sessions, recordings, handouts and the 3-part MDS series for your entire staff. Registration is $275 per member facility and $375 per non-member facility. A one day registration is available for $200, this option does not include the MDS training.
