Welcome Deb Willett to the SDAHO Team

SDAHO welcomes Deb Willett! Deb recently joined SDAHO as the Office Assistant. Within the position Deb will work closely with membership responsibilities. She will have an administrative role assisting the SDAHO leadership staff. In addition, Deb will assist the entire SDAHO team advancing healthy communities through a unified voice across the healthcare continuum.

Deb brings over 35 years of experience working in the non-profit and association industry.  She began her career with Plains Builders Exchange. There she served as the Administrative Assistant for 15 years. Deb also worked as the Fiscal Agent for the Associated General Contractors of South Dakota Building Chapter, there she spent five years. Deb switched career paths and for ten years she served as the Field Administrative Assistant for the American Family Insurance Corporate office, in her new role as Office Assistant her previous experience and attention to details will serve the SDAHO team and members well.

Deb is originally from Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Mankato. Deb moved to South Dakota in the mid 1980’s and has called Sioux Falls home ever since. She has two daughters who both work in healthcare. One is a RN, in Omaha, NE and the other a dental hygienist in Sioux Falls. When not working Deb enjoys outdoor activities, especially spending time on the lake. Welcome Deb Willett!
